The profession of tax advisors is subject to the following professional regulations: Tax Advisory Act (StBerG), Implementing Ordinance on the Tax Advisory Act (DVStB), Professional Regulations of the Chamber of Tax Advisors (BOStB), Tax Consultants Fee Ordinance (StBVV).

They can be viewed at the Federal Chamber of Tax Advisors under www.bstbk.de/de/steuerberater/berufsrecht. 

 

Tax advisors are legally obliged to maintain property damage liability insurance. Further information about my property damage liability insurance is available on request.    

I am neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
